Ilevro (nepafenac 0.3%) eye drops are a prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammation following cataract surgery.
They reduce the risk of macular edema (swelling at the back of the eye) in diabetic patients.
Typically, one drop is used daily in the affected eye, beginning the day before surgery and continuing for two weeks after.

Active Ingredient:
Nepafenac (3mg/ml).Indications: Treatment of eye inflammation, pain, and reduction of macular edema risk following cataract surgery.
Dosage: Generally, one drop, once daily (often starting one day before surgery, on the day of surgery, and for 2 weeks after).
Mechanism: It inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are substances that cause inflammation.
Important Precautions
Contacts: Do not wear contact lenses during the post-operative period.Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Not recommended unless advised by a doctor.
Usage Limitations: Not recommended for children under 18.
Driving: May cause temporary blurred vision; avoid driving until vision clears.
Contamination: Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface
