By accessing or using the CSH Pharmacy website, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before confirming the purchase.

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase. CSH Pharmacy reserves the right to:

·       Confirm or modify availability

·       Limit quantities

·       Request additional information

·       Require prescription verification when required for Patient safety

·       Cancel an order where a legal, regulatory, stock or operational issue prevents fulfillment

·       Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of confirmed purchase will generally apply, subject to obvious pricing errors.

2.3 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

·       Accurate delivery address

·       Valid prescription where required

·       Correct information regarding the intended patient where requested for prescription verification

·       Customers must not purchase medicines for unlawful purposes or provide false prescription information.

2.4 Legal & Liability

CSH Pharmacy will make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, prices, availability and website content are accurate.

However, CSH Pharmacy shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

Incorrect information supplied by the customer

Misuse of medicines or products

Failure to follow professional medical advice

Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Website/network/technical failures beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any consumer or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
